If you are interested in becoming a customer, download and complete the appropriate form below; ensure that you have read the respective Product Disclosure Statement (see below) and make contact with one of our Citi Finance Limited branches by calling 0. Please bring the completed form/s and appropriate identification to the respective Citi Finance Limited branch to allow us to open the required account.
